- Reduction of specifically identified process disruptions under defined equipment and process conditions
- Novel characteristics and combinations of materials
- Assessment of potential reductions in material use against a defined reference formulation and process setup
- Reduction of production scrap against a defined reference process
- Improved product quality
Target values, the reference process and the measurement method are defined before the project starts; results depend on the material, equipment and process conditions.
